Kitchen remodeling in Windsor
Kitchen remodels that replace builder-grade cabinetry and rethink islands, pantries, and storage in Windsor's newer homes.
§ Windsor · Weld and Larimer counties
Windsor grew fast, and a lot of its homes are now ten to twenty years old — right when original kitchens, baths, and unfinished basements are ready for a real upgrade. We design and build that work across Windsor.
§ 01 · Building in Windsor
Most of the Windsor homes we see were built by production builders in the last two decades. The bones are good, but the finishes were chosen for speed and price: hollow cabinet boxes, laminate or entry-level stone, standard-issue tile, and basements left unfinished for the next owner.
That makes Windsor a strong market for kitchen renovations, primary bath remodels, and basement finishes — and for HOA-aware exterior work in neighborhoods with active design review.

§ 02 · What we build
01
Kitchen remodels that replace builder-grade cabinetry and rethink islands, pantries, and storage in Windsor's newer homes.
02
Primary bath renovations — larger showers, better tile, real ventilation — in homes where the original bath is starting to show its age.
03
Basement finishing in Windsor's newer homes, many of which were built with roughed-in plumbing and egress ready for a finish.
04
Custom homes and additions on Windsor lots, including properties in master-planned communities with design guidelines.
05
Design + build that handles HOA architectural review alongside the town permit, so both approvals move together.
§ 03 · Permits
The Town of Windsor has adopted the 2024 International Codes, effective January 1, 2026, for new building plans. We design and document to the currently adopted code so a plan review doesn't come back with avoidable corrections.
Windsor's building permit desk is open to the public Monday through Thursday, with online services on Fridays. We manage the submittal and inspection scheduling so you don't have to work around the counter hours.

§ 04 · Site conditions
Windsor straddles Weld and Larimer counties, and much of it sits on the same expansive clay soils found across the Front Range. On basement and addition work we plan drainage, framing details, and foundation evaluation around that movement.
Radon potential is high throughout the area, so testing and mitigation coordination are part of every basement project we build in Windsor.
§ 05 · Neighborhoods
Water Valley, RainDance, Highland Meadows, Steeplechase, the historic downtown and Windsor Lake area, and newer communities on both sides of I-25.
Recent work nearby: The Oak Kitchen — A white oak kitchen in nearby Timnath — the kind of builder-grade upgrade we do often in Windsor.
Also serving: Fort Collins · Loveland · Timnath · Greeley, and the rest of our Northern Colorado service area.
