We are a Northern Colorado general contractor and design-build firm. Our work is quiet, considered, and made to outlast a decade of use. We do not chase volume. We take on a small number of custom homes and remodels each year — and we bring them all the way through, from first walkthrough to last hinge.

Every custom home we build begins with a single conversation about how the day should unfold — where light lands at breakfast, where the mudroom breathes, where the kids study, where the door lands closed. Only then do we start drawing.
Kitchen remodels planned around real cooking, real hosting, and the way a room lives.
Custom cabinetry, natural stone, integrated appliances, and the kind of joinery that survives the second and third look. We work in occupied homes and we treat them like it — clean sites, clear communication, no shortcuts.
Bathrooms designed as small rooms, not utility closets — with real light, real stone, real joinery.
Primary suites, guest baths, and powder rooms. We plan around real fixtures, real ventilation, and real waterproofing — then hand-finish the details you'll live with for the next twenty years.
Full basement finishes done with the same care as the rest of the house — not treated as an afterthought.
Framing, egress, radon mitigation, HVAC, wet bars, media rooms, home gyms, ADU-ready suites. Basements are half the house's square footage in most Northern Colorado homes — we build them like it.
Drawings, selections, estimating, and construction under one roof. One team, one plan.
No blame games between designer and builder — because they're the same people. This is our recommended path for anything more than a single-room scope. Slower on paper, faster in practice.
